Did you know that a child’s brain grows up to 80% of its full volume by age three and almost 90% by age five?
These foundational years are so important for our children’s development, and that is a key focus for us at Small World Early Childhood Center.
Enrichment activities are a great way to expose young minds to new experiences and to grow their social, emotional and cognitive skills. Before the pandemic, we were able to bring in an enrichment instructor once a month – such as a musical drummer or clay artist – and we saw our children blossom and thrive.
The funds raised through our annual campaign this school year will sponsor a consistent, monthly enrichment activity for our children in the spring of 2024. Our goal is to raise $7,500 together. We hope you will consider donating to this important initiative.
